JOHN TAYLOR
Founder and CEO
Under the leadership and vision of founder John Taylor, T-Tech, Inc. began in 1983 as a contract printed circuit board assembly business known for its quality and service. Utilizing knowledge of mechanical engineering and electrical circuit board technology, John envisioned a product that would solve many of his customers’ prototyping challenges. This new product, named Quick Circuit, was developed for electronics research and design laboratories.

HELEN TAYLOR
Founder and First Employee of T-Tech, Inc.
1984 to present. As a founder she has been known to work at all the tasks of the small business. Over the years she specialized in production management responsible for 1 to 55 employees. Helen holds an animal science degree. Her hobbies include breaking and training horses, with hunters and jumpers her specialty. She was employed in the horse industry for many years before T-Tech in Virginia, Florida, and Kentucky. You may see Helen and her dog, Minibee pet visiting elderly and hospice patients in a local hospital.

DAN
Senior Software Designer
Dan is the architect for the IsoPro software development projects. You will interface with him when you require a custom application to the IsoPro / Quick Circuit product. He has been involved in special code design for the United States Army custom software applications to precision microwave fabrication applications to custom interfacing with assembly robotic equipment. Dan is an avid cyclist and is regularly found on the Appalachian Trail for a weekend backpacking trip.

ABID
Mechatronics Specialist
Abid works in production building electronic controllers, mechanical robotics components and testing fixtures. He possesses a unique experience in robotics with a background in engineering. He is currently a student studying computer science at Georgia State. You will find him on the weekends with his nose in a chemistry, or software theory book.

ROBERT
ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
Bob is a senior RF, Digital and electrical engineer with specialties in microcontroller development. He has been known to write a dual disk operating system for IBM, work with the military developing high tech products to keep our troops safe originally in the air and now on the ground to implementing code for our Quick Circuit products. In his fun time he owns and operates Radio Free Roanoke, a non-profit community radio station, and teaches Taekwondo.

SAJJAD
R&D
Sajjad developed the controller for the Quick Circuits, Designed the quick Plate system and continues to update the microcode for the Quick Circuit products.

NIC
MACHINIST
Nic joined our team in 2022 as a machinist and has assisted in the development of our new 5 Axis Quick Mill product. Nic is fluent with CAD Cam design as well as 5 Axis CNC Machine.

TYLER
Mechanical engineering technician
Tyler is proficient in CAD Design with expertise in welding and sheet metal design. He is currently a Senior at Teton Valley High School and is the team leader in their Robotics Club.

SAM
SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER
Sam has implemented our 5 Axis Milling Machine GUI for the human interface of our 5 Axis Milling Machine. A mentor to the Teton High School Robotics Team He is a member of our sales technical support team.

JAMES
ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
James joined our team in 2024. His expertise is circuit design and proficient in circuit CAD layout. James has implemented software Linux CNC for our 5 Axis Mill.

JOHN
PRODUCTION ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN
John joined our team in 2025. John is in charge of Inventory Control for Production, Machine assembly, test and calibration.

MICHELLE
IT SPECIALIST
Michelle handles network security and administration, safeguarding our systems and supporting the overall IT needs of the organization.
